	Asian inspired pocket garden Portsmouth, NH US 0 Plant(s), 6 Image(s) This space started as a weedy lawn and simple brick walk in an ell shape about 1200 sqft total. We added the waterfall and Koi pond tucked in the corner to give a greater feeling of depth and space. The dry stream bed adds a sense of movement and carries one across to the sitting area. We also choose a neutral color to paint the white fencing softening its presence.
	Backyard transformation North Hampton, NH 0 Plant(s), 11 Image(s) Another blank slate project as seen in the before picture. The client wanted a space to entertain 10-30 people comfortably and also to add a private spa off of the master suite. We opened the deck up to the new stone landing and terrace and added a third level "fire pit". We then added a french door in place of a window in the master suite and built a deck flush to the top of the spa, with steps down to the lawn. Screening the spa from the terrace is a large Japanese Maple behind a low sitting wall. All in all we added about 2500 sqft of additional living/entertaining space.
	Summer Vacation North Hampton, NH 0 Plant(s), 6 Image(s) Removed existing deck and added new deck, screened porch, sitting wall, and stone terrace. Extended the back yard and added native/hardy/low maint. plantings throughout.
