"Re-design and Re-invigorate the rear yard of this nice Mid-Century residence" was the request.
Kae was especially mindful of cutting water use and taking advantage of the natural slope of the land to divert the water that had become a problem during the rainy season.
Keeping the style of the home in mind, new raised Trex decking was installed along with a native and perennial garden.

Craftsman style architecture is further enhanced with landscape detailing. Large natural granite boulders are set into the winding tumbled paver entry walkway. Lighting fixtures, custom privacy gate and a courtyard fountain complete the "arroyo " style.
